National Burger Days
National Burger Days
Thursday, July 25 - Wednesday, July 31
We're known in the Woodlands for our award winning burgers, so naturally we will be celebrating any and all burger holidays! National Hamburger Day takes place twice a year, and there are other burger-related holidays throughout the year as well. One of the reasons may be that there are so many people who claim to have invented the burger. Some sources say that Louis Lassen did it, at Louis' Lunch in New Haven, Connecticut, on July 28, 1900. This is the reason why July 28 is one of the National Hamburger Days. No matter who came up with the hamburger, it was created sometime around the turn of the nineteenth century, and its popularity was boosted at the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis.
Come celebrate all week long with special burger features from our kitchen team! These burgers will feature our fresh ingredients and local beef from 44 Farms in Cameron, Texas.
