Your Safety is Our Highest Priority

Dear Fielding’s friends, family and guests,
I am reaching out to let you know that we at Fielding’s are closely following the Coronavirus situation and doing everything we can to keep our guests and staff safe and healthy while continuing to operate within our posted hours of operation and support the people that depend on Fielding’s for their livelihood.

  • We implemented new processes starting last month based on information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). We have adjusted and increased the intensity of our already powerful sanitation procedures. Our goal is to ensure the well-being of all the lives we touch at Fielding’s.
  • Edel and I have been in constant communication with our team, leading and educating them on best practices as defined by the CDC, WHO, the National Restaurant Association, and our lifetime of experience in hospitality.

We have already, and vigilantly, implemented aggressive sanitation and disinfecting practices to keep our guests and staff clean and healthy. We use the highest-grade commercial / medical grade sanitizers and disinfectants throughout our space. We are in perpetual motion to maintain a healthy and safe environment.

I believe we will have a positive resolution soon knowing the best and brightest people on the planet are working on a solution. We encourage our guests, friends, and family to continue to support Fielding’s knowing we are doing everything we should to protect you when you are visiting with us.
