The history of Irish Coffee began on a boat in Foynes, Ireland when a chef decided to add whiskey to coffee to warm the passengers as they waited. The original Irish Coffee recipe is a combination of cream, sugar, and Irish whiskey to coffee. Our team is taking some poetic
